McDonalds Headquarters

           

In collaboration with McDonald's, the Roof Crop is farming 7,000 sq ft Omni green roof on their West Loop headquarters. 
In 2019, TRC developed the "110 Blend" herbal tea from the herbs and edible flowers grown. 
In 2020, the program has expanded to include cut flowers and another seasonal tea blend for their employees and internal events.

Here is what we're growing on the McDonald's HQ roof this season:
Alyssum, Amaranth, Bachelor Buttons, Calendula, Chicory, Clarkia, Cosmos, Dahlias, Dara, Delphinium, Echinacea, 
Lemon Verbena, Lisianthus, Lupine, Marigold, Perilla, Rudbeckia, Sapiglosiss, Tulsi Basil, Yarrow, Zinnia.
