Herban Produce

As a part of our Urban Aggregate program, Herban Produce has partnered with The Roof Crop
to provide fresh products and positive community impact by sharing our labor and sales streams.

Herban is a year-round, technology-powered urban farm, located in Chicago’s Garfield Park, growing fresh, high-grade specialty greens and micros for Chicagolandʼs finest restaurants and grocers—from harvest-to-kitchen in less than 24 hours.

This season they’ll be expanding their enterprise to an on-grade farm and CSA program, as well as an outdoor event space. Watch for TRC/Herban co-produced events and products throughout 2020.
